Data Retention

Information collected by Celtic IT Consultancy will be kept for a length of time as decided by COO. GDPR does not specify retention periods for personal data. Instead, it states that personal data may only be kept in a form that permits identification of the individual for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed. Therefore, in deciding how long to retain personal data for, the Celtic IT Consultancy has made their decision based on statutory retention periods. We will only keep your data for a period of time were we no longer believe it required. You can request to have your information deleted or destroyed by contact the gdprrequesst@citc.ie.ie

At times an hard copy documents are held by the Celtic IT Consultancy staff and kept in secure storage. Your information is available to regional reps and other committee members as required.
